What we read

If you connect Granola, we fetch the transcripts of your calls.

What we do with a transcript

We ask a matching engine one question per search you help with: does the person you spoke to fit this search? It answers with a probability. We keep the probability. We do not keep the transcript. It is discarded once scored.

What we store

• Your email and sign-in tokens.
• Searches you own: the abstract, the criteria, who you invited.
• Searches you help with: the abstract only. Never the criteria.
• For each scored call: the Granola note ID, its title, its date, and the scores. Not the words.
• Intros and notes you chose to send.

Who sees what

• A helper sees the abstract of each search they help with, and their own suggestions.
• An owner sees their criteria, who is helping, and the intros and notes helpers chose to send. Never a helper's calls or scores.
• This instance's operator can see the database. The operator never reads transcripts because they are not stored.

Leaving

Export your searches as JSON at any time. Delete your account and everything above is deleted.
